MOTOR VAPOR Super Light uses the BAFANG M820 PRO drive unit. Advanced sensors and built-in control algorithms adjust assistance to your cadence and pedaling effort in real time. *Peak power and torque are reference values under specified conditions and do not represent continuous full-power output. Assistance varies with assist level, cadence, torque, battery charge, temperature, road conditions, rider weight and system protection strategies. FRAME & WEIGHT *The frame-weight reference is based on a specified build. Actual weight varies with frame size, finish, production batch and measurement method. *Reference complete-bike weight is approx. 9.9–11.8 kg, measured on a specified size and build. Pedals, bottle cages, computer mounts and other accessories are generally excluded. Actual weight varies with size, build, finish, accessories and weighing method; refer to the supplied bike. POWER & RANGE *Peak power is a reference value under specified conditions and does not represent continuous full-power output. Assistance varies with rider weight, assist level, battery charge, temperature, road conditions and system protection strategies. *Range test conditions: a 65 kg professional rider, no additional load, close-fitting cycling clothing, average speed 25 km/h, assist level 1, on a flat paved route. Actual range varies with assist level, rider and load, road and weather conditions, available battery energy, tires, pressure and riding habits. Final range depends on actual riding conditions. DRIVETRAIN, CHARGING & CONTROLS Depending on the version, the bike uses a SHIMANO or SRAM shifting system; confirm the exact build on the order and the bike delivered. 417 Wh battery, with 4 A or 6 A charger options. *With a 6 A charger, the reference 0–80% time is approx. 90–100 minutes; with a 4 A charger, approx. 130–145 minutes. IPX6 PROTECTION An IPX6 rating indicates protection against powerful water jets in everyday rain and splash conditions. It does not mean the bike can be submerged, soaked, pressure-washed or stored in a persistently damp environment. After riding in rain or exposure to moisture, dry the bike and confirm that the charging port, battery connector, display and cable connectors are dry before charging or storing it. TEMPERATURE RANGE The reference ambient range is –20°C to 45°C. This does not recommend long-term use or storage in extreme temperatures. Cold reduces lithium-battery activity and may shorten range, reduce assistance or slow charging. Heat may affect battery life and system stability. ELECTRONIC CONTROL & CERTIFICATION EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) helps equipment operate normally in its electromagnetic environment without interfering with other devices. ISO 13849 is an international standard for the design and integration of safety-related control systems. The applicable standards, tests and certifications vary with components, system, sample version and complete-bike build; refer to supplier documentation, test reports and the actual certification scope. FRAME FATIGUE TESTING Before mass production, every Cosmosworks frame passes fatigue testing at four times the EN 15194 standard. Refer to the test report for conditions and scope.
